I am using the check box prompt in Active Dashboard.
I have user complain about the ALL box is still checked when another item in the check box was selected.
Is there is way to fix that.

If you believe this is an issue since with a check box normally clicking on another value then the other check boxes become unchecked, then please open a case at Technical Support Center - Case Management
