ReportCaster not sending attachments with mails

Hi,

I am facing a strange problem with WebFocus at office. We have some schedules which have been created, like an year back. The schedules are supposed to send emails containing reports as attached .zip files. Schedules run on a daily basis. Some of them are sending emails but the attachment is missing from those emails.

All the schedules were working fine till last week. The log that is generated doesn't show an error. It says something like "Task Finished" and shows the email addresses of people who have received the mail.

Version I am using is 5.33. Does anyone faced such a problem? and if yes what is the solution?

Talk to your email support staff. Make sure the email server is not stripping out the attachment because it thinks it could be a problem.

Sounds like an email anti-virus set up as dhagen indicates. Does it do the same on a brand new set up of report caster as well?
