Hi All, We are currently facing a problem with the length of the footnote string. What we do is, export the graph output into Excel. In doing so, we are getting the following error: Agent on reporting server EDASERVE may have crashed This is because of the Footnote string length. Does anyone know whether there is a limit on the length of footnote (number of characters)?
Beyond 360 characters we are getting the issue. But a thing which I missed out while mentioning the problem is, the Graph is being copied into excel as a single image. And as I have mentioned earlier the footnote string of more than 360 characters appears in HTML Reports, only while putting into excel we have the problem.
