We have upgraded from WF7X to WF81. We had several graphs previously created using Advanced Graph Assistant that do not render correctly now. The custom .txt template was previously called with setTemplateFile. Appears to be ignored in WF81. I first copied this file to /opt/ibi/WebFOCUS80/ibi_html/javaassist/images/tdg/template because the syntax for setTemplateFile appeared to be referencing this location. Still got graphs rendered in default color. Read in the forum that when using JSCOM3, template files should be saved to /opt/ibi/srv80/home/graph. Did so and no change.

This was my first upgrade and mainly looked on as IBI rep went through the process. I have no clue what else to do. Any help will so greatly appreciated!!!

I am following up with you regarding your graph issue.

Has this issue been resolved? I did see a case opened by you that contains a resolution.

Can I ask you to update the Focal Point Topic with the resolution so that others can benefit?
