I have created a fex using Dev Studio MRE, which contains three reports each with their own formatting. When I run each report independently, the formatting looks perfect. When I run the FEX in it's entirity, the formatting is messed up. I have opened a case with tech support about this, but was wondering if anybody on this board has ever encountered this problem.

I had this problem which was due to the fact that the HTMLCSS was ON for all the reports. When HTMLCSS is ON, classes are created with names like X1, X2. When all the reports are in one fex, there will be multiple definitions for these classes and the style sheet gets applied all over the place.
I used an external style sheet and assigned the classes to each report item.
