I'm trying to hunt down why some of our admin accounts in MRA get disabled. We have about a dozen Admin accounts in the system and half of them get disabled within an hour of "unlocking" them. Is there a log somewhere that I can review to see why they are getting disabled? And it's the same accounts every time. This message has been edited. Last edited by: FP Mod Chuck,

If this is WebFOCUS 8 from the client administration console go under diagnostics and look at the audit and event logs. If this is WebFOCUS 7 go the client administration console under diagnostics and turn the MR realm driver trace on.
Hope this helps,
Thank you for using Focal Point!

I'm pretty sure that release has been sunset by IB. Have you any plans to move to 8.x? It's a whole new world with a different approach to security and administration. Main reason I ask is that even if you manage to find out what's going on, it'll be hard to get a fix because it's not current.
