supplier code and supplier should not contain the header .Piece price text should be dispaly as header for all column titles other than supplier code and supplier name.

If the output format is excel or html use spot markers along with COLSPAN and HEADALIGN=BODY. If output format is PDF spaces in the header would do the trick.
