IBI training is probably your best bet. Courses are provided at various locations throughout the year. We have also had good success with customized training at our site. Course materials are included. Travel is extra.

It all depends on what you're willing to invest and on the type of training you're asking.
Is it meant for just you, or are there more people to be trained?
Do you want standard education or custom?
Do want to attend public training, pr do you need the trainer(s) to come to your location?

If you have no special demands, you'd best go to the IB-provided training(s). If you do have special wishes, it may be worth your while looking for trainers that can provide this. My company (based in the Netherlands) can provide both ...
