I am setup as an ADMINSTRATOR, but when I click on WebFOCUS Administration Console from the IBI_apps/homepage.jsp (Menu), my Level: shows me Developer and I only have Quick Links Option, I should see all Admin Menus
I have re-installed Dev Studio several times from Dev Studio or thru the URLs I get the Logon Screen and then I dont see the Level: Adminsitartor instead I see the Developer..
Please let me know what I need to change on my local pc or on the WF server

The Administration Console has a different security. You may be an MRAdministator, but doesn't necessarily give you access to the Admin Console.
I don't have a WF 7 environment anymore, but there is a spot in the Admin Console to add userid's to grant Admin rights to the Admin Console.

In Administration Console, navigate to Configuration-->Startup Parameters.
