To make sure we understand what you're asking for.. Can you show us what you tried that's close but not quite what you want?
We often use TABLE FILE CAR if that has been installed on your system to use for examples.
If you've looked in a particular manual and found that you're trying it like the manual says, and it's just not working, let us know and I'm sure everyone will pitch in to help troubleshoot.
Are you using app studio? Are you hand coding? What release are you on?
Try this.. I would really suggest you get some basic training as this is a very fundamental part of the WebFOCUS language.
TABLE FILE CAR SUM CNT.CAR.COMP.CAR AS 'CAR COUNT' BY CAR.ORIGIN.COUNTRY ON TABLE SET PAGE-NUM NOLEAD ON TABLE SET ASNAMES ON ON TABLE NOTOTAL ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT HTML ON TABLE SET HTMLEMBEDIMG ON ON TABLE SET HTMLCSS ON ON TABLE SET STYLE * INCLUDE = IBFS:/EDA/EDASERVE/_EDAHOME/ETC/warm.sty, $ ENDSTYLE END
Thank you for using Focal Point!
