Hi

Reset button does not clear the calendar value.

So, I wrote a function with the following code but somehow does not seem to work.

document.form1.DT1.value = ' ';
document.form1.DT2.value = ' ';
document.form1.getElementById('D3').value = ' ';
document.getElementById('D4').value = ' ';


I tried above ways.
Please let me know if something is wrong.

When Reset button is clicked, Textbox on the HTML page gets cleared but same old (previous entry) date value gets passed to the fex.

I just tested a Calendar Control and the Reset button works (but I'm in v7.7.03, so maybe it wasn't working in v7.7.02...)

If your calendar controls are chained try this.

Function: IbComposer_ResetDownChainControls
How to: Reset Chain Controls


The IbComposer_ResetDownChainControls function resets the controls down the chain from the current control to have correct corresponding values.

Syntax: How to Reset Chain Controls 
   
IbComposer_ResetDownChainControls('ctrl');

where:

ctrl
Alphanumeric

Is the unique identifier of the first control.

example;
 IbComposer_ResetDownChainControls('calendar1');
