Kamesh, you can control column width if you set htmlcss=on and write your own style sheet, giving each column a CLASS in the focus stylesheet section. its tedious, but doable. If your user moves his browser window, to name the table narrower (field wrapping), that should enable user to print a narrower version. GRID ON allows fields to wrap, GRID OFF doesn't...one of the chief complaints about focus for years and years... Excel output lets the user deal with his/her own printer requirements.

Let me try with stylesheet ON but not sure how I can implement this in my report as it's an too complicated compound report consists several functionality.
