I need to add an image to my dashboard banner using the dashboard view builder, but I don't have the option to upload an image under "Logos & Links". I was able to make the change in development but not in production. Would anyone know the reason for this?

The folder D:\ibi\WebFOCUS76\worp\worp_custom\ contains your dashboard views.

You should be able to place the modified image files here.

I would also suggest not changing the production version, instead deploying it.

You can do this in Dashboard Change Management.

Thank you for your input, however, I need a little more. This is the first time I'm attempting this and I don't know how to go about deploying my image.

I've never used that tool before.
Do a search in Dev. Studio Help for "BID Change Management".
It gives a basic overview of how to use it.
To find the tool.
1. Login to Dashboard View Builder
2. Click the "Management" link on your left

I guess you would log into development.
Use the Dashboard Change Mangement tool to Export the view.
Save the exported file.
Log into production.
Use the Dashboard Change Mangement tool to import the file.

I followed the directions for importing Dashboard files, however, the file is too large and resulted in an HTTP500 error. I need to import each file separately but i don't know how to do that. Do you know where I might find directions for that? I appreciate all of your help. Thank you!

Everything Dashboard related is in D:\ibi\WebFOCUS76\worp\.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

When you used the Dashboard Change Management tool to export the dashboard it created a folder named "management" that contains your exported dashboard in a zip file.

You are still going to have to copy and paste.
Copy D:\ibi\WebFOCUS76\worp\management\ from the Development Server and paste it to the Production Server.

When you logon to the View Builder you should now see the exported dashboard in the list of files you can import.
