I used to run on XP, 2 GB RAM but with Intel dual core and it used to be fine. any suggestions please.

My laptop used to be a 1.8Ghz 2GB Vista machine. It ran WebFocus (and DevStudio) without any problem. My current config is 2.1Ghz Dual, 4GB, Vista. Also no problem at all. I do have to say that I do not use IIS, but go with TomCat directly.
