I am working on personal views for users. It is like when a user logins he should be able to see the domains (dashboards from MRE) only he has access to. As of now its like, he can see all and authorization is done only when tries to login, if he has access he can login or it says he has no access..We want to avoid this by dispaying the domains they have access to.

Isn't this just what MRE is all about? You can assign domains to groups and groups to users using the MRE administration pages. That way you can control what which user sees in MRE and since dashboard uses the MRE administration, this will also be automatically ported to dashboard.
So: take a look at MRE administration.
