Just covering bases here, but I've hit a wall with a situation we have with Report Caster schedules.
We need to have a "super" user be able to clean up (delete) schedules, but as far as I have seen, the security is pretty tight in V8.1.04, and I can't find an appropriate privilege to allow this.
If you have set up IBI_Admin_Name/IBI_Admin_Pass in the Admin Console under Configuration -> Application Setttings -> Security then this ID will have "superuser" rights over the entire system
quote:
Specifies the user ID of the WebFOCUS administrator or superuser. When IBI_Admin_Name and IBI_Admin_Pass are set, this user is given ALL permissions, regardless of other policies set within the system. Typically, this user ID is used under limited circumstances and removed when no longer needed.
Cheers

What does the Effective Policy show for one of the schedules you are trying to delete?
In 8.0.09 when looking at another users schedule the "Delete Resources" Privilege shows "Not Set(Denied)" on on system where the Administrator has SystemFullControl -> Permitted for /, WFC and Repository.
However in the Dev system where Administrator has been set to SystemFullControl -> Over Permitted then "Delete Resources" Privilge shows "Permitted".
Maybe you need to bump up one or more Admin accounts to "Over Permitted" which will override a specific "Denied" on a resource.
Cheers
