SUPPORTEMAIL contains the email address. so emailaddress is emailaddress/A207= 'mailto:'|| SUPPORTEMAIL ;" That doesn't work either. Has anyone done this in PDF and can show me the way.

OK. Part of the problem solved: I just put the field in the report and magically, when you click on it, it opens an email. The problem: When you do that, the PDF file appears as a blank report. (If I hit the back button or refresh the screen, it will come back. But that is more than I can expect from the users.) Any idea how to keep the PDF report in the container after hitting the link? [Interestingly enough, after I refresh once, it stays there the next time I hit an email link. Odd little quirk!!]
