Hi All

I am able to split the Excel report for every 10 rows as a sheet by following code

TABLE FILE CAR
PRINT
*
ON TABLE HOLD
END

TABLE FILE HOLD
PRINT
CAR
COMPUTE COUNTER/I7=COUNTER + 1; NOPRINT
COMPUTE WORKSHEET/I3=COUNTER/10; NOPRINT
BY TOTAL WORKSHEET NOPRINT
ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT EXL2K BYTOC
END



But while i am using one extra BY column i am unable to create :


TABLE FILE CAR
PRINT
*
ON TABLE HOLD
END

TABLE FILE HOLD
PRINT
CAR

COMPUTE WORKSHEET/I3=COUNTER/10; NOPRINT

Please help me in this issue

That's because BYTOC works on the primary sort field which you have changed from WORKSHEET to COUNTRY.
