I have a user who is unable to access their deferred status page and was wondering what could be done. My guess is that they have a lot of deferred reports and it might be causing some issues. I am not sure if there is a way to access and delete all deferred reports from a user's profile manually.

This happened a number of years ago and I think that the best way was to delete the user and then re-add to the system.
