I am new to WebFOCUS. I have my .fex point to a synonym that executes a sql procedure. This procedure has input parameters. I can't figure out how to make the parmeters in the fex be dynamic cascading. Example, Parameter one would be a drop down to select month or quarter, that selection would feed parameter two, so if month was selected from parameter one, then parameter two's drop down would have a listing of months.
Help would be very much appreciated. Thanks! This message has been edited. Last edited by: <Kathryn Henning>,
Basically, you create an HTML page that will have a form to pass &var values from form controls onto your fex. You can then chain these &vars to be dependent on each other.
Go to the Help document and search for Chaining for more info.
