How can I change the a dynamic drop down list to sort descending instead of ascending?

Is your dropdown box coming from a Master file? or a Procedure? if from a master, i have no clue. Do it from a procedure, eg:
TABLE FILE file
SUM DISPLAY_VALUE
BY {HIGHEST} CODE_VALUE
ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT XML
END
