TABLE FILE REQUEST SUM CNT.PGM_NAME AS 'Nbr X`s, Ran' RQTR_USER_ID NOPRINT AND COMPUTE AVGDAYSPAY/D12.3 = PGM_RUN_TIME_SECS/CNT.PGM_NAME; AS 'Avg Run ,Time (Sec)' BY PGM_TTL AS 'REPORT'
and I need to sort by the CNT.PGM_NAME. Does anyone know how I can go about doing this?
There is a BY TOTAL sort option so I think this will work: TABLE FILE REQUEST SUM CNT.PGM_NAME AS 'Nbr X`s, Ran' RQTR_USER_ID NOPRINT AND COMPUTE AVGDAYSPAY/D12.3 = PGM_RUN_TIME_SECS/CNT.PGM_NAME; AS 'Avg Run ,Time (Sec)' BY PGM_TTL AS 'REPORT' BY TOTAL CNT.PGM_NAME END
You might have to play around with it and use a NOPRINT. I'll try and test it on some code I have...

The only change I would make from the prior, is to put the BY TOTAL BEFORE the BY pgm-TTL, so that the primary sort at the very end is by the count. Depending on how you want to the report to look, TABLE FILE REQUEST SUM CNT.PGM_NAME AS ... BY TOTAL CNT.PGM_NAME NOPRINT BY PGM_TTL or TABLE FILE REQUEST SUM RQTR_USER_ID ... BY TOTAL CNT.PGM_NAME AS 'Nbr X''s, Ran' BY PGM_TTL AS 'REPORT'. Both versions will count the pgm names BY the pgm_ttl, and then show those reports in order by the count. (you can also use BY HIGHEST.
