[CLOSED] ReportCaster: What's currently running?

This is not related to my other post regarding telling if a report is running.

How can I tell (i.e. which bot tables) if a ReportCaster job is currently running? I've looked through all of them, and none sound right. I thought maybe BOTLOG could be used and look for a null end time or something like that but no. I'm seeing that a job is currently running via RC Console > Job Status, but I'd like to do the same programatically.
