Utilizing WebFOCUS 8.0.07 one of our users created a custom page with several reports a while back. Recently they attempted to add 2 new reports to their existing custom page. When logging off the reports would no longer be on their custom page after logging back in.
We discovered that a workaround was to create a new custom page and re-create the entire dashboard with the 2 new reports.
Although this worked: Has anyone seen this? Any recommendations? If this is a bug will it be resolved with version 8.1.05?

Admittedly, I've not seen this. However, it shouldn't be a consideration for upgrading to 8.1.05 because: 1. You're now looking at a pretty old version. 2. In order to have any hope of a fix, you'd have to reproduce this problem in a more current version. 3. It's always a good idea to have a test environment with the latest just so you can compare behavior and prepare.
But you probably knew all of this.

First of all welcome to the Focal Point Forum. I think you will find it very useful.
I agree with Babak's asseessment that you are on a very old version and this was probably a bug. You can always open a case and provide a change package of the original problem.
Do you plan to upgrade anytime soon?
Thank you for using Focal Point!

Thanks for the responses. We are currently in the process of upgrading to 8.1.05 so we'll use the workaround and see what happens in the new version. Thanks!
