KameshI donno what is Oracle reports but I am just guessing it will run only for ORACLE database.
Webfocus will run the reports across 18 different database and having many features to analyse the report. ie., OLAP, Visual Discovery, etc...

Danny-SRLAnd don't forget Dialog Manager, the WebFocus pre-processor which provides enormous power!

Scott HassellWedFOCUS is optimized for use with any data base.
Functionality in Oracle Discoverer is heavily dependent on use with Oracle 10G database.
WebFOCUS user interface is easier to use for both users and developers.
WebFOCUS provides more robust integration with MS-Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
WebFOCUS provides more advanced charting and graphing capabilities. For example, in this day of advanced computer graphics and high screen resolutions, there is no excuse for fuzzy, pixelated lines in a line graph. The quantitative axes of Discoverer's graphs cannot even include tick marks, but only the numeric labels alone. And speaking of quantitative scales, it can’t format the numbers to display as percentages, so you’re stuck with numbers along the axis such as 0.1, 0.2, etc. rather than 10%, 20%, etc.. Data points can be included on lines in a line graph to mark the values, but neither their size nor their color can be changed.
Dashboard development is much more challenging in Discoverer. WebFOCUS provides an easy to use dashboard development tool.
Some of these comparisons may seem subjective but a demonstration or side by side evaluations will illustrate the points.
