When exporting a report to Excel(2k) page numbering is not accurate once the report prints. Any Suggestions? Also grid lines are not visible on the report in Excel. (how do I make this visible?)
Along with Scott's questions.... How do you alter the settings in Excel ? ....such as his reference to grid lines and I'd like to set the orientation to landscape.
Also I remember information somewhere on how to change the worksheet name.... is this along the same lines...... I'll search for that topic. Found the worksheet name option but still haven't found anything that sets the Page Setup options.

These are common questions regarding Excel output. The good news first... the worksheet name can be customized using the "titletext" attribute in the stylesheet. This is available in the Report Painter (Dev Studio) and Report Assistant (thin client) as a GUI option. You must have Excel 2000 or higher to use this feature though. OK, the bad news... there is no way to set Excel page/print settings from a WF procedure. Also, GRID and BORDERs are not supported either. If you want to utilize this type of Excel functionality, you can call a WF procedure from the spreadsheet using WebQuery which is documented in full in the Creating Reports with WF Language manual - Choosing a Display Format. In addition we will be delivering an Excel template feature that will offer this kind of functionality as well - due out in the next major release (currently dubbed 5.4). I hope this helps.
