when i use HTMl composer and runt he report it gives me on the top saying...

You need a separate license from Information Builders to be able to run any active report.
If you run it from within the DevStudio environment it will present the message you mentioned.
If you try to run outside of DevStudio it won't run, saying you need the active reports license.

Earlier versions of the server will not run AHTML unless you have a license. Current servers (starting with 7611?) will produce the "Trial Version" message in the header.
