As of December 1, 2020, Focal Point is retired and repurposed as a reference repository. We value the wealth of knowledge that's been shared here over the years. You'll continue to have access to this treasure trove of knowledge, for search purposes only.

Infoassist can do a 3 color stoplight effect by defining the largest greater than value first. So if it were less than 4=yellow 5-8=green and greater than 8=red you would define the <=4[yellow) then the >8(red) then the >4 and <8[green) but you leave out the and<8 part since that is already covered by another condition. Below is the code I used.
TABLE FILE CAR
SUM CAR.BODY.SEATS
BY CAR.COMP.CAR
ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT HTML
ON TABLE NOTOTAL
ON TABLE SET PAGE-NUM NOLEAD
ON TABLE SET SQUEEZE ON
ON TABLE SET EMPTYREPORT ON
ON TABLE SET HTMLCSS ON
ON TABLE SET HTMLENCODE ON
ON TABLE SET STYLE *
INCLUDE=IBFS:/CFG/FILE/IBI_HTML_DIR/javaassist/intl/EN/ENIADefault_combine.sty,$
DEFMACRO=Condition_1, COLOR=RGB(255 255 0), WHEN=N2 LE 4, $
DEFMACRO=Condition_3, COLOR=RGB(255 0 0), WHEN=N2 GT 8, $
DEFMACRO=Condition_2, COLOR=RGB(0 255 0), WHEN=N2 GT 4, $
TYPE=DATA, COLUMN=N2, MACRO=Condition_1, $
TYPE=DATA, COLUMN=N2, MACRO=Condition_3, $
TYPE=DATA, COLUMN=N2, MACRO=Condition_2, $
ENDSTYLE
END
Also if the values were limited you could say =5 =6 =7 =8 in 4 seperate stoplight functions with all of them being green.
