WF Version: 5.3.3


We are testing an upgrade to WF 5.3.3 and cannot get to our Public View. Someone selecting Public Views will see this message:

This situation suddenly happened and does not occcur in our 5.2.7 production version dashboard. Also, this problem does not occur with Group Views.

We have opened a case with IBI and have uploaded several traces and other items for review as well as running several test procedures. Unfortunately there is still no solution nor workaround. Is anybody else in the FOCUS nation encountering this enigma?

The IBI Help Desk did mention that other clients have encountered this problem. If so, how did you rectify the problem?

Have you set up your PUBLIC user within view builder as well as ensuring that it is a valid ID?

What authentication / authorisation are you using.

If you are using AD, have you added the PUBLIC userid to a role and group?
