Has anyone set up ESRI on Premise Offline? In 8.2.01M...
The documentation is lacking on how to configure, or what to do after configuring.
I'm under the impression that we should be able to access a handful of basemaps for use in App Studio and InfoAssist+ when offline.
We've downloaded the API zip from ESRI and dumped the 3.15 files in the web_resource folder as directed, and referenced the folder location in the admin console...but the application seems to still be trying to access online locations.
I'm about to open a case but wanted to reach out to see if anyone has attempted this yet.[FLASH_VIDEO] [/FLASH_VIDEO] [FLASH_VIDEO] [/FLASH_VIDEOThis message has been edited. Last edited by: FP Mod Chuck,

I was able to hook up to the tiled map service for map use in app studio. It's not fully functional but I can get all the basemaps to appear. From the page I'm unable to switch basemaps or add layers.
I am still having an issue integrating the map service to IA. I've followed the documentation and it's still trying to get to ArcGIS.com for services.

Thanks for your feedback Tom. For the App Studio, can you open a customer case opened so that we can make sure that the issue is resolved?
For InfoAssist, you need to edit the default stylesheet, it is typically in \ibi_html\ibi_themes\Warm.sty Open this is up in any text editor and look for the lines (750) "extensions": { "com.esri.map": { "baseLayer": { "basemap": "World_Reference" } } }
Change the basemap to the custom basemap name defined in the \config\web_resource\map\ESRI_Layer_Info.xml
