We created a dashboard with three tabs. The problem is when user hit the tab key to go from one tab to another, and then hit enter to display the tab subsection or body, continue hitting the tab key move to the next tab not the active subsection. The question is how to get this to work? The customer is a heavy 508 complient.

If by "dashboard" you mean the IB BID then use the alternative TAB control methods such as "CTRL and TAB", "ALT and TAB" or "SHIFT and TAB" to navigate.
As you don't specify what OS you are on then I cannot be more specific, so do yourself a favour and update your signature and ensure that you have the relevant checkbox ticked when you add a post.
