Has anyone implemented any instant messaging solutions within their dashboard and if so what client software were you using?

The Dashboard application is a portal to allow users to report off Managed Reporting. I dont think there is any Instant Messaging utility you can apply to the dashboard. You can perhaps make a call to AOL, YAHOO, etc through the toolbar/toolbox option.
