Is there any way in the domain search to query shared reports by ID of the person who created the report?

Who created the report? I do not think that information is kept anywhere within WebFOCUS. That information might be kept if you are using Visual Source Safe or other version tracking tools.

Sayed

To be more specific - by ID of who created shared reports. That info must be stored by WebFOCUS somewhere since Managed Reporting shows the shared reports in a hierarchy by user.

Are you sure it's sorted by UserID? Looks to me it is sorted by the name of the report.

The bad news is that the "Shared" attribute is stored in the users html file.

For example I shared one report - the only way to determine that is to look in fmarian.htm:

<!--IBIMR_MYREPORTS_TABLE-->
<P>
<A HREF='francism/francism.htm'>_Francis Test Domain</A>
<!--IBIMR_FOLDER-->
<P>
<A HREF='#.olapcustomreports' MRFLAG='none'>Custom Reports</A>
<LI><A HREF='fmarian/fmtestc2.fex' MRFLAG='shared'>fmtestc2</A>
<LI><A HREF='fmarian/fmtestc1.fex' MRFLAG='none'>fmtestc1</A>
<!--/IBIMR_FOLDER-->

<!--IBIMR_FOLDER-->
<P>
<A HREF='#.olapdeferred'>Deferred Reports</A>
<!--/IBIMR_FOLDER-->

<!--/IBIMR_MYREPORTS_TABLE-->

The online MRE Help documentation states in "Searching Domains" that a search for a program can be done on Shared Reports. WF 5.3 MRE Help:

I think I wasn't clear - users want to be able to search reports by the creator of a report (and I guess if it wasn't shared then it wouldn't show up unless the searcher is the creator).
