Javascript methods are fine when preventing context menu access to view source but you would also have to ensure that the browser window does not have the menu item to view source and also that the end user can not add it to their toolbar.
Or ....
Just output everything in XML with XSL styling. That way there is no source to view.

I was able to disable right click through the following code. Can some one provide me javascript function that would prevent the view menu option from the screen appearing.
TABLE FILE CAR
PRINT *
END
-HTMLFORM BEGIN
<script TYPE="text/javascript" LANGUAGE="JavaScript">
var message = "function disabled";
function rtclickcheck(keyp)
{
if (navigator.appName == "Netscape" && keyp.which == 3)
{ alert(message); return false;
}
if (navigator.appVersion.indexOf("MSIE") != -1 && event.button == 2)
{ alert(message); return false;
}
}
document.onmousedown = rtclickcheck;
</SCRIPT>
<HTML>
<HEAD>
</HEAD>
</HTML>
-HTMLFORM END
