This question has been answered multiple times on this Forum. Do a search and look for excel, limits, BYTOC, etc. and I'm sure you will find an answer that you can use.
But essentially, the answer is to count the rows and split them into multiple worksheets or divide into multiple worksheets by high-level sort field.
Take the time to read the sticky topics at the top of this Forum. Particularly the ones about updating your signature and also performing a search first. You could have saved yourself a lot of time!

Using BYTOC will break on your first sort field, if you want a different grouping you will need to create it, but it will make more sense if you break your report by something meaningful rather than by a count. Also keep in mind that BYTOC only works with EXL2K (and higher) it will not work with EXL97 or EXCEL.

Navaneeth, you ask a good question, but there's a tab above called: "Search". Were you able to find the topic you were asking about by clicking on it as suggested by Tony? Were you able to find it once directed there by Ginny and PBrightwell? There is also a rate it below the 'go/new' tabs. Feel free to rate the search once you have looked up the bytoc option.
Moderator - just a suggestion - maybe a bright color background behind the 'search' tab to help those that just don't "no"tice it.
