how can i convert this MYSQL TO webfocus code.

This MySQL syntax below means fiscal year 1999 to current year + 5 future years.

dfa.fiscal_year BETWEEN 1999 AND CONVERT(SUBSTR(DATE_ADD(CURDATE(),INTERVAL 5 YEAR),1,4),UNSIGNED INT)


result:
1999
2000
...
2018
