Hi,

I need the two footing that are displayed in RED to be aligned i.e 4,10 should be aligned like below.

"TOTAL TRANSFERS IS : 4"

Look up spotmarkers and position either in the on-line help or by searching the forum

And by the way if you had bothered to read the entry I made to your other post on Column headings
you would already have your answer.

Hi,

In the other post , you had mentioned using OVER, that does not satisfy the report demanding hence i need to use SUBHEAD only.

Makes no difference the method for formatting of headings and footings and subfoots etc. is the same.

Using Spot markers and normal spaces i was able to resolve the issue.
