I'm trying to figure out the following: I have an application running with several blocks/tabs. As far as I understand it now. The user security is set on application level. Now I would like to change the user security for a specific block/tab (Eg. more/different users on one tab).
Is this possible?
Thanks!

Try creating a Database with user security level and have a routine that reads the DB in every program involved. Then you can load your parameters and program access according to the access level. The easiest way is if a user clicks on a link that they don't have access to is to display a message that they don't have access. It is harder, but possible to not display the link.
