We have FOCUS database rebuild jobs that run every Sunday night. These jobs have been around for years. The last two or three weeks we've started having problems with them when they reach a specific table. We get the new table message but then the job just stops. There aren't any error msgs. We're not sure if this is a hardware issue or program/software issue. This is in our CORE FOCUS environment which is HP-UX, FOCUS 6.9. The Sunday night jobs are REBUILD/REBUILD. But it's happening when we attempt it manually with REBUILD/REBUILD or REBUILD/REORG. Do you think our issue is hardware related or software related?
Thanks in advance..This message has been edited. Last edited by: Kerry,

No we haven't. We pinpointed it to another FOCUS db that is cross referenced in the mfd which a new field had been added to, but the cross referenced db rebuilds fine. If we comment out the cross reference in the mfd the rebuild works.
