What conventions does this format have so that I can reference portions of it in external stylesheets?

For example, my table is too small, just wide enough to fit the widest result (makes sense, really). However, I'd like to make it a bit wider using the min-width CSS property. Since the table is written out generically, I don't think I can do that. How should I overcome this?
