FILEDEF for CSV`

I need to read a CSV file that is on the WebFOCUS Client server. I created a System DSN ODBC driver as well as a File DSN. However, I get the following message:
(FOC205) THE DESCRIPTION CANNOT BE FOUND FOR FILE NAMED: HEINZ

My code is below:

-SET &FILELOC = 'C:\ibi\HEINZ.csv';
FILEDEF HEINZ DISK &FILELOC
-RUN
TABLE FILE HEINZ
PRINT *
END
-RUN


Developer Studio 7.6.11
Reporting Server = Unix 7.6.8
Client = Unix

Did you create a MASTER file for the CSV file?

SUFFIX=COMT ** If you have header in the csv
SUFFIX=COM ** if you have no header in csv

Example:

,$ MASTER FOR FILE FOR HENIZ CSV FILE
FILENAME=HENIZ ,SUFFIX=COMT ,$
SEGNAME=ONE ,$
FIELD=MONTH ,MONTH ,A6 ,A6 ,$

Remember to add the statement below:
SET PCOMMA = ON
