You've got two different burst values so I would guess the recipient would get two emails regardless of the case. In any case (no pun intended) an uppercase letter is not the same as a lower case letter anywhere else in WebFOCUS so I wouldn't expect it to be any different in RC.

We actually use that technique to burst multiple values to the same user. In our case we just change one char (upper/lower) in case we need to burst more in the future
