Map doesn’t load in the Flex Map Viewer. Found no issue with the connection between WF and ArcGIS. Ran traces and found the following error

(FOC1562) EDAGET: FILE esri/MapViewContentTemplate NOT FOUND

Checked if the file MapViewContentTemplate.xml is in the esri folder. It was not present. I copied this file into the esri folder and ran the report. The issue did not resolve and got the same error. Any ideas? Thanks.

Environment: WF 7.7.04 on Windows 8 Server
