I have a fex file that creates charts in PPT format. The charts opens up / works perfectly for the users who has Powerpoint /Office 2010. Users who have upgraded to Office 2013 the webfocus charts stopped working. It comes up as a blank slide. We have tried from both IE and Chrome.
Not sure if something needs to be done at the WF Admin level.

For now, our PPT format cannot be opened in PowerPoint 2013. There is a Project in programming to implement this capability. If you would like to be added to the Project to be notified when this functionality becomes available, please open a case on InfoResponse Online.

UPDATE:

The PPTX format is now supported in Microsoft Office versions 2007, 2010, and 2013. Earlier versions of PowerPoint can be updated to read the PPTX format using the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack available from the Microsoft download site:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/default.aspx

This support is available beginning with WebFOCUS release 8.0.08 and 8.1.03.
