I am trying to create a seperate graph for each change in PRODUCT LINE. I turned the GMERGE ON so that I could see the Year by Year sales by Market. But by turning the GMERGE ON, I no longer get a seperate graph for each change in my 2nd BY Statement. Is there a way I can use the GMERGE ON for the 1st BY statement, but still get a seperate chart for each change in a 2nd BY statement ?

I removed the 2nd by statement (BY PRODUCT_LINE)...

GRAPH FILE INVOICE_PC
SUM NET_AMOUNT
ACROSS MARKET
BY YEAR
ON GRAPH SET LOOKGRAPH VBAR
ON GRAPH SET GRAPHEDIT SERVER
ON GRAPH SET BARNUMB OFF
ON GRAPH SET 3D OFF
ON GRAPH SET VZERO ON
ON GRAPH SET GRID ON
ON GRAPH SET GRMERGE ON
ON GRAPH PCHOLD FORMAT PNG
ON GRAPH SET GRAPHSTYLE *

Thanks
Stephen

There might be an other solution.

suppose you have net_amount sales for two years

DEFINE FILE XXX
NETYEAR1=IF YEAR EQ 2006 THEN NET_AMOUNT ELSE 0;
NETYEAR2=IF YEAR EQ 2007 THEN NET_AMOUNT ELSE 0;
END

now in the graph report you say

SUM NETYEAR1 NETYEAR2
ACROSS MARKET
BY PRODUCT_LINE

and you will get a graph for each product line

I hope this will help....
