Hi, I'm trying to find the information about the Number of CPU's and users can access for our license. Is that any procedure to give that information or we can find it only from our initialization kit.
Please let me know,
Thanks

When it comes to CPU's it does not tell you even during the installation, if you exceed the number authorized. They will get you during the audit. It is always better to check your account rep.
Thanks

For quite a long time now WebFocus has told you when the number of authorized CPU's has been exceeded. However because the installation does not abort if you try to exceed this there are probably quite a few sites exceeding the license they have paid for.
Since 7.1 the installation codes have changed and even though the CPU limit is still not imposed the number of different data adapters that you can configure is enforced.
The purchase order that your company placed should have all the details regarding what you paid for, so first point of call should be your purchasing department or who ever is responsible for paying the maintenance.
However, if you contact IBI they can tell you exactly what you are licensed for. Either via your local rep, or you can raise a hottrack requesting the information.
2-cpu windows servers, because of configuration, show up as 4-cpu servers to webfocus. When you start the WFRS, the information you need scrolls across the screen, wait till it has finished starting (?) and scroll up to the beginning and you'll see it.This message has been edited.
