[CLOSED] unable to view oracle adapter(s) as admin

I've recently taken over a role of WebFOCUS admin and am still learning the security model. When I log onto the report server console in one of our environments I'm unable to see the oracle adapters. However, I know they exist. How is access to the adapters configured in the report server console?
