I tried to import a Change Management Package using "Add New and Update Existing Resources" Option. But, the error occurs as below. Validation Error: Value of's description is required., error code:MSGV0004
What is the problem? And, How can we solve it? Could we import the package using command line? This message has been edited. Last edited by: FP Mod Chuck,
First of all welcome to Focal Point, it is a great forum for getting answers to WebFOCUS Questions.
I searched for this error and got a few hits but the errors were with the actual code being migrated. You will need to open a case with techsupport so they can see the logs and assist you with getting this resolved.
Please continue to use Focal Point for other questions.
Regards,
Thank you for using Focal Point!

Have you made the CM package, or has it just been ftp'd over? If you are able to redo the package, make sure there is no private content or somesuch rising up, as well as making sure all the things supposed to go with are properly published and not left out.
