WFservlet already open

I am getting this annoying error when trying to open up 2 Excel windows in a dashboard. I know that dhagen had some instructions for fixing this a while back, but was wondering if anyone has found a quick solution for this? If not, can someone post the instructions that dhagen was giving out?
