Hi srattans,
Can you please be a little more specific about what you need, or what you are looking for?
Cheers,

Hi srattans,
A few examples from our customers:
Academic Program Coordinator: She pulls schedules to help faculty of the Engineering Honors program. She looks for likely candidates, starting with GPA. She pulls transcripts, checking qualifications for scholarships. Example: To see only Florida residents, that are Junior classification, with at least a 3.0 GPA… it would take 2 weeks without the reporting templates. But with WebFOCUS, she sets the parameters in one custom report, and locks in on the 42 students who could possibly qualify – in 5 minutes! Banner went down for 3 days for an upgrade. With DARTBOARD, she was able to pull transcript information anyway! She did not lose 3 days of productivity after all!
Associate Director, Student-Athlete Center for Academic Excellence: They have a Transcript Feature report, and they like to be able to filter reports by semester and by sport. They like to see grades by team. This could take 8 hours before they had WebFOCUS. Now it takes 1 hour. There are 8 staff members, each handles a sport. They like to run reports that show term, student ID, course number, short course title, and the student’s grade.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Kerry
